I had been struggling with pain and stiffness due to a frozen shoulder, which made even simple daily movements very difficult. Reaching overhead or behind my back was almost impossible, and the discomfort was constant. I was not able to wear the shirt without someone's support. Even sleep was not comfortable due to pain. Even slightest jerk to the hand was giving unbearable pain. After starting physiotherapy with Dr Radhika, I began noticing gradual improvements within the first week itself. Pain almost disappeared in the first week. Their team carefully assessed my condition and suggested exercises specifically for my recovery. By the end of the second week, my range of motion had already improved significantly. Within just 3 weeks, I experienced a major reduction in pain and stiffness. Everyday tasks have become much easier, and I've regained confidence in using my shoulder. I've recovered from "Pushpa" pose to "Normal" :) The guidance on home exercises also played a crucial role in speeding up the recovery. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise from Dr Radhika and their team that helped me recover so quickly. It is such a big relief. Now the next goal is to build strength to my shoulder. Me and the team are already working on it and I'm very sure I'll be able to start push-ups very soon.

I genuinely cannot recommend this clinic enough! I've been seeing Dr. Radhika for quite some time now, and she has helped me through countless injuries, aches, pains, and all the random ways I seem to damage my body. What I appreciate most is how empathetic, kind, and understanding she is. She always tries her best to work around my schedule, and instead of immediately telling me to stop doing the activities I love, she helps me continue enjoying them safely unless it's absolutely necessary to take a break. She's not only an incredible physiotherapist but also one of the most inspiring people I've met. A special mention to her assistants as well, they are amazing! Thank you for all the care, patience, and support over the years. You've helped me more than I can put into words, and I'm so grateful to have found this clinic.

I had a fall in on 15th of January in which I had major ligament injuries around the knee joint. Doctor had advised complete bed rest for 3 months after which there was complete stiffness in my knee joint. I was so afraid to move my leg because it used to pain severely. I was worried if I would ever be able to move my leg again. I went to Trimurti physiotherapy clinic for my treatment, there I received excellent treatment and I slowly started gaining the confidance. Dr.Radhika is very knowledgeable and accurate with her treatment. Then because of some reason I couldn’t continue the treatment there, so I continued the treatment at home with Dr.Rewa who accompanied Dr.Radhika at her clinic. I am very happy with my recovery. I can now do exercises with 2kg weight and my knee movements are complete. Thank you for the treatment.

Dr. Radhika is Very well experienced, knowledgeable Physiotherapist. I have taken treatment for Cervical Spondylitis and had a remarkable relief. She and her team are very dedicated, passionate and caring towards all the patients. The clinic is very well equipped with the latest equipment and modern technology.
